Count active makers first

A camp of thirty participants can join a bubble activity without thirty wand sets. For example, six participants can make bubbles while the others enjoy another supervised activity, then the groups rotate. Six active makers need six complete sets. The Camp Pack supplies ten complete sets and fifty mix pouches, so you can open the stations you can supervise and keep the other equipment available for later sessions. Owning ten sets does not require opening ten stations.

Map the station before setting equipment out

Choose open outdoor ground with clear footing. Place each dipping point where a participant can lift high and open wide with room around them. The wind direction helps determine the way the group faces. Put the waiting group to the side of the working area, with an entry and return route that do not cross active equipment. Keep other camp games away from that route. If the usable space changes, reduce the number of active stations and rotate more often.

Give adults distinct jobs

Choose a lead demonstrator and assign responsibility for the waiting group, dipping areas and participant changes. Staffing needs depend on your participants, site and camp procedures; choose supervision appropriate to your activity. Brief the team on the pouch directions, technique, handling and cleanup before children arrive. A simple verbal handover between groups helps the next leader understand which equipment and prepared batches are ready.

Prepare mix for the stations you will run

Bring water, the dish soap specified on the pouch, suitable clean containers and towels. Mix BubbleStix Bubble Mix with one gallon of water as directed on the pouch. Read the full pouch instructions for quantities and preparation timing. Fifty pouches are a supply of mix, not fifty active stations. Separate unopened supplies from the dipping area and prepare additional batches according to actual use. Do not use the pouch count as a guaranteed activity duration.

Teach once, then coach each turn

Show the full movement where everyone can see. Fully submerge the ropes; keep the sticks together while lifting high; open wide with the wind at your back. In still air, walk backwards slowly along a clear path. Give participants time to try the movement at their own pace. When a round ends, invite the next group to the waiting spot before they collect a set. A predictable rotation makes the activity easier to host.

Keep a reusable session card

Record the number of participants, active stations, prepared batches and equipment returned. Add notes about the usable outdoor area and the arrangement that worked for your team. These notes help the next session start smoothly without turning one group’s experience into a product performance promise. At the finish, follow the supplied care directions, collect every component and leave the field clear.
